Orders valued $400+: Delivery confirmation is automatically applied to domestic and Canadian orders with a total value of over $400.00 (including the cost of shipping). Delivery confirmation costs an additional $5.00 for domestic orders and an additional $2.00 for Canadian orders. The addition of delivery confirmation is unavoidable for orders that hit this threshold.
