Why am I unable to add top loaders to an item in a new shipment

If the ability to add a top loader to a card on your Request Shipment page is not available, this is usually because the item is an Elite item and will automatically be shipped in a top loader. Elite items are distinguishable by their high-quality scan and black background. The majority of 7-Day auction items are already Elite.

Oversized, encased and graded items do not allow for the addition of a top loader.
