Can I cancel an Auction submission?
There are no cancellations on COMC Auctions submissions once submitted. Please only select items you intend to list at the next available auction.
When am I paid for an item I sold at auction?
Payment in COMC Credit will be made to your COMC account as soon as payment is provided from the winning bidder. If you choose to cash out your credit, we will send payment to your PayPal account within 4 business days or mail a check within 10 business days, according to your preference.
What happens if my item doesn’t sell? Do I still get charged a fee?
An auction listing that ends with no bids does not get relisted and the minimum Auction Fee is charged in order to cover the labor associated with having auctioned the item. The item will then be unlocked in your COMC account for you to set a fixed asking price. Or, you are welcome to resubmit the item to Auction. Please note that resubmitting the item results in a further Auction Fee being incurred.
If an item you own has been locked for more than 14 days after the auction's end date, please contact staff@comc.com and provide the item number so we may assist you with unlocking or relisting your item.
What happens if my item sells for less than the minimum Transaction Fee?
For 7-Day Auctions, we recommend that each individual trading card submitted to COMC Auctions on eBay have at least a $25 minimum value. If an item happens to sell for less than the minimum Transaction Fee, your account will be debited the fee and the item will be sold to the winning bidder.
For items valued below $25, we recommend using our fixed-price consignment or Live Auction services.
