Consignors may submit any item to be Reprocessed as Elite in order to obtain a higher-quality scan. Reprocess as Elite is also required in order to list an item over $100 if it had not previously been processed as Elite. The reprocessing charge of $2 is charged upfront, and your item is removed from your account while reprocessing occurs.
You may submit items for reprocessing by selecting the Actions button next to the item in your Inventory Manager and then Reprocess as Elite. Reprocessing is completed within two business days, and the item will automatically be returned to your inventory as soon as reprocessing is completed.
Upon completion of reprocessing, you will be notified via a yellow You have items needing your attention banner (shown below).
