COMC is proud to offer the ability to cash-out COMC funds via Check, ACH, Wire, or eCheck. The first time one of these payment options is selected, users will be prompted to "Configure Payment Method" and set up their associated details to receive these types of payments. The first step will prompt users to enter and confirm their contact information.
International users: The information provided must be inputted by utilizing standard US characters from BOTH your COMC Profile & Options page and the cash-out Configure Information page, (I.e. cannot include accent marks, Wade BÓggs, etc.). The "Error 6" error screen will appear if the request is made with incorrect characters, blocking further action.
Step #2 will ask users to confirm which of these options the payment will be desired to be sent as, either Check, ACH, Wire, or eCheck. Some options may require more extensive details, all required information will be requested via this page.
Users may filter to their desired payment method. All of the information boxes on this page are required to be filled. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreement must be accepted to proceed.
Please note: Upon completion of payment figuration, users will be logged out from their COMC account as this information updates. Please log in and return to the Cash-Out page. The Red "Use $XX.XX of Store Credit" button (shown below) will be available. Please click this button to complete your Payment Request.
Once these pieces of information have been filled out, they will not need to be re-entered. However, if you wish to change the payment type, this information will have to be reconfigured and updated on the payment method in the area shown on Step 2.
Processing Timeframes
ACH, Wire and eCheck requests have a processing timeframe of four business days. Checks have a processing timeframe of 10 business days until the check is mailed to the user. Rather than directly from COMC, checks are issued from our payment processor, Tipalti.
