The Shipment Request page, by default, is set to our Economy Rushed shipping service. Generally, the discrepancy in item count is because remotely stored items are ready to be shipped, but are ineligible for inclusion in "Rushed" shipment requests. For these items, you may select our regular Economy shipping service, which will include all items in your inventory that are marked as **Ready to Ship** in the shipment request.
Remotely stored items are automatically migrated to our primary shipping facility within 1-2 weeks with no action necessary by the owner. This means that, when requesting shipment for your items, it is generally faster to wait for remotely stored items to be migrated and then to request an Economy Rushed shipment than it is to request an Economy shipment that includes remotely stored items.
