Neither Upper Deck nor COMC can scratch off the card to reveal and submit the redemption code for you. However, redemption cards in e-Pack are typically fulfilled automatically once the live, physical counterparts are available. In some instances, the live cards may not become available. If you have an unfulfilled redemption card on your account that is nearing the expiration date, please elect to ship the card home. After you receive the physical redemption card, please submit the code at UpperDeck.com. If the redemption card is expired, please contact Upper Deck customer service at the Contact Us link at the bottom of the e-Pack website.
