Once your package has been opened and entered into your account by COMC staff, users are provided with an automated email alert entitled Submission of Items Arrived and will be able to see the submission in the Processing Status section both in the Seller Menu and previewed in the lower-right corner of the Dashboard. This automated email will include a count of the total number of items received as well as an image showing the contents of the package. Please note: both regular and Mailbox consignments are generally not entered into accounts until 1-2 business days after tracking indicates arrival at COMC.
Once entered, the submission's processing timeframe begins. For all Mailbox items, the processing timeframe is two weeks.
If your Mailbox submission's tracking has indicated successful delivery but the submission has yet to be entered into your account after one week, please contact us at staff@comc.com for assistance. Generally, your tracking number is enough information for us to check the status of your submission. If a tracking number is not available, please kindly provide a full description of your item(s), including the player name, set year, description, and card number.
