Items may temporarily be designated as "Stored Remotely" until they are consolidated with the rest of our inventory at our primary storage facility. No action is needed on the user's part to ensure an item is no longer remotely-stored, as that process happens automatically and is done so as fast as possible.
The expected timeframe for items submitted to our American facility to be consolidated and lose the Item Stored Remotely tag is one week. For items submitted to our Canadian facility, the timeframe to lose the 'remotely stored' tag is two weeks.
