Depending on the type of payment method used for your order, your invoice may appear in different places. Shipping and packaging notifications relating to your order are always automatically sent to the email provided when you place your shipment.
For a shipment request made from your COMC account via COMC Credit, the invoice can be found in your Shipment History page under the Buyer Menu on your Dashboard.
For a shipment placed via another payment method, if the email address associated with that payment method matches the email associated with your COMC account, the invoice can be found in the Other Shopping Cart Purchases section. This section is located in the lower-middle portion of your Dashboard. (Please note that this section has a scroll bar you may need to utilize if there are multiple orders.)
If the email associated with your payment method does not match your COMC account, that shipment will not be reflected in your COMC account. In this case, please refer to the order confirmation email (provided at checkout) and shipment confirmation email (provided when the shipment is mailed) sent to that email address. If you would like future orders to be reflected in your COMC account, please ensure that the email address associated with your COMC account is used when orders are placed.
