Please note, as of 2020, user-submitted redemption cards are no longer supported for consignment on COMC. This article is for items that remain "grandfathered" in.
For redemption items in your COMC account that were redeemed more than 120 days ago, we can request a substitute item on your behalf from the manufacturer. Please review the two available options:
- Request a substitute for the card, which will then be deposited into your COMC account once it is received and processed.
- Continue to wait for the original card to get redeemed. Please note that, the longer the card remains in the manufacturer’s queue, the less likely it is to get fulfilled with the original card.
