All COMC Auctions can be paid for with COMC Credit, which will result in the won items being transferred to your COMC account. You may link your COMC account with your eBay account by entering your account information on your Auctions Won page here and click the 'Linked eBay Accounts' link shown below.
Please note, account linking is only available after you have already won an auction.
If you are experiencing issues linking your account, our team would be happy to manually link your eBay and COMC accounts for you. Please send our eBay account comc_consignment a message from the eBay account you’d like to link and include your COMC username in the message. Again, please note, account linking is only available once you have won an auction.
If you have already won an auction which you’d like to transfer, please do not pay for it via eBay, as this will prevent the item from being transferred to your COMC account.
This transfer feature may not be available for some international users at this time.
Please note, if paying with COMC Credit, your winning bid will be adjusted to account for the standard 10% cash-out fee. Example: If you win an item for $100, your COMC Store Credit payment would be $111.11. This is because $100 is 90% of $111.11. However, you will not need to pay sales tax or shipping because you are using COMC Store Credit. Additionally, won auction items do not qualify for flat-rate shipping and may have additional shipping charges of $0.25 or $1 per card.
However, we are pleased to have the 10% adjustment waived for COMC Credit auction wins paid with AutoPay enabled.
Setting up COMC Store Credit AutoPay
Set up AutoPay with the click of a button from your Auctions Won page. COMC AutoPay uses the funds from your COMC account to automatically pay for your won auction items. AutoPay can be disabled at any time.
