Requests to Redeem Cash-Outs & Store Credit

Cash-Outs include the following:

• PayPal Cash-Outs of COMC Store Credit
  
  • 4-business-day processing time (weekends and holidays are not business days)
  • Limited to 10k per customer per day
  • Automatically combines all outstanding requests going to the same email address

• PayPal Refunds of COMC Store Credit
  • Only COMC credit purchased within the last 30 days is eligible to be refunded with no 10% cash-out fee
  • 4-business-day processing time (weekends and holidays are not business days)
  • Sales Tax, if paid at the time of purchase, is refunded
• Cash-Outs by Check
  • 10 business days processing time (weekends and holidays are not business days)
  • Please allow two weeks for delivery of a check, after it has been mailed.

COMC Store Credit Deposits

Credit Purchased through PayPal

Customers can purchase COMC Store Credit through PayPal. Generally, this credit is put into your account immediately after the purchase. If you do not see this deposited to your account within 2 business days, please contact us so we can promptly address the issue.

Credit Purchased by Check, Cash, or Money Order

Customers can purchase COMC Store Credit by mailing in a check, money order, or cash.

• Cash is generally added within one business day
• Washington State checks and money orders are generally added within 5 business days
• All other US checks and money orders are generally added within 10 business days
• Sales Tax, if applicable, will be deducted from the payment
