Eligible Countries
Normally we ship to any country, however, USPS may on occasion suspend mail service to specific countries. Please see their informational page for more information:
For as long as the USPS has suspended mail service to the countries listed at the above link, we are unable to ship orders to those countries. Please note that COMC does not at this time support alternative shipping methods, such as DHL or FedEx, to the affected countries.
International Shipping Cost
Our shipping rates and current estimated delivery timeframes can be reviewed at: http://www.comc.com/shipping.aspx
Just select your Country and click the "Update" button. Please note, we are unable to expedite orders after they have been placed.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for international orders only if you select our Priority or Express services.
Declared Value of Shipments
We are required by United States federal law to declare the value of all international shipments we ship. We list the purchase prices of the cards (rather than the book value) when the shipping label is printed, which is done automatically by computer, but this pertains only to cards bought on COMC.com. For cards not purchased on COMC.com (i.e., items received via the COMC Mailbox, cards transferred to COMC via a service like ePack, or cards that were consigned to COMC but never sold), the buyer will be prompted to declare a total declared value for all such items. This prompt will appear during the Request Shipment process if items not purchased on COMC are present in the shipment request.
Gift Receipts and Import Duties
Requesting a gift receipt during the shipment request process will omit the purchase price for any item purchased on COMC. In our experience, foreign countries' customs offices will not accept gift receipts as valid and will require you to provide purchase price information for the items. In other words, requesting a gift receipt for your international shipment may result in your package being held by customs until you contact us requesting a PDF copy of your shipment invoice containing purchase prices. It is unlikely that your country's customs office will allow you to lower or avoid import duties by requesting a gift receipt.
