The information provided must utilize standard US characters and dates on BOTH your COMC Profile & Options page and the cash-out 'Configure Information' page.
The "Error 6" error screen will appear if the request is made with unrecognized characters, which blocks further action. Unrecognized characters may be letters that have accent marks, umlauts, apostrophes and more.
Examples of characters that may be causing this issue may be an apostrophe or an accent mark. Please be sure any dates in your profile are listed in MM/DD/YY format.
